Best of the Best
This Tabasco sauce is amazing. I only wish I could get it in a larger size. I have been using Tabasco brand sauces for years, but this one is by far the best!

Probably my favorite Tabasco Sauce Now!
Decided to give this a shot, as my giant bottle of standard ran out, and the Scorpion only has so many uses as a daily.THIS TABASCO IS AMAZING. It's almost buttery/savory while giving a nice heat and delicious flavor. It's smoother in its notes, than standard by massive measures while packing a better heat. Not as vinegary, yet still holds its acidity so well.Just got my bottle maybe a bit over a week ago, and I'm almost ⅛th done with it.Try this sauce. If you like Tabasco, you will not regret it.

It should be the default
It tastes like the normal one but with stronger vinegar, it's a lot better.

interesting
First off this isn't a sauce you just shake on each bite before you eat it. That is how I tried it and was less than impressed. The White wine vinegar is way too powerful. If you LOVE vinegar, then you can do it that way. My first impression was its not very good. later I tried mixing it in with my rice and wow what a difference. doing it that way changes the everything you can taste the flavor more than just vinegar. people say its hotter, but I didn't notice much of a difference at all. It's not hotter than the tiny MRE bottles I used to eat but for some reason those little bottles packed a much bigger punch.

A subtle, yet overall positive change to a classic sauce.
I love regular Tabasco. It's hints of vinegar, salt, and oh so much of that hit you in the head spice. This family reserve is extra aged in wine vinegar, so the flavor is different.I think that the extra aging in those oak barrels made the heat a bit stronger, with almost a smokey tone to it. It cuts just barely under my own limit for spicy, whereas I can use tabasco normal as a condiment for just about any dish. The wine vinegar also gives it much the same tart as regular white vinegar they put it, but you can definitely taste the notes of wine blended throughout.Overall it's an experience anyone who's a fan of Tabasco Sauce should try at least once. More than once might be debatable though, as it is about four times more the normal cost of regular Tabasco, and that's not even counting shipping. They do pack it really well for transit though. As for myself, I'll keep using it. But perhaps only tiny doses to try to stretch it.

Really Unique Sauce
This sauce is well worth the high price tag. I am a huge Tabasco fan and am a little bit biased, but I got more than I expected from this sauce. It is not very hot compared to the hottest sauces I have, but it is still probably around 7000-9000 Scoville units, and therefore is not mild by any means at all. The best parts about this sauce are its unique type of heat and flavor. If you're weird like me, you may straight up just drop a teaspoon or so of hot sauce on your tongue when you first try it. When I did this, and when I mixed a good amount of it with food, I felt a slow burn unlike any other sauce I've tried. This is much different from the Original Red Tabasco sauce, which hits pretty quickly. The flavor of this sauce is very distinct and enjoyable, and adds to food even more than the Original Red sauce (which is also pretty freaking amazing). I'll definitely buy more when I run out of my current bottle
