To my wonderful surprise it arrived quicker than expected (thank you!) and was quite easy to install although the instructions were quite small and could have been more useful slightly bigger. The product itself is fantastic in terms of price and quality! Super, super happy!

Having left reviews on 11th June saying that the first lounger was well pack but pre-drilled holes were badly finished and difficult to screw into, but having succeeded I ordered a second lounger with the knowledge of the problems however, the second one arrived again well packaged so I set about assembling but this time I was unable to get nearly all of the screws into the pre-drilled holes and the inferior quality of the Allen Key didn't help - I was already using my own better quality Allen Keys but due to the extreme difficulty in screwing into the holes the screw heads became so damaged I was unable to get any purchase on the screws to put them in or take them out. Now partly assembled and unable to take apart and return. Have made contact with seller in the hope of a resolution! Disappointed.

Overall I'm really happy so far with this sun lounger. Great price and looks smart, and seems comfortable enough for me. I would say though that it wasn't the easiest thing to put together. About 4 of the screws wouldn't screw in easily and the allen key ended up spinning uselessly around in them. I had to use a pair of pliers to turn the screws in the end. It hasn't put me off though, I'll probably buy another because the price is great for what it is, but I'll be prepared for a challenge next time!

Very difficult to assemble to pieces together as the screws didn't seem to fit and it took a very long time to build them but other than that they are good.

We purchased 2 of these, they both went up quite easy, seem sturdy enough. Only issue is they get standing water on them after it's rained. It's perforated but the water does run through
