will this run 2 50 watt led lights on 24v

For two 50 watt ( = 100 watts total ), that will draw 4.2 Amps on 24 volts so that switch rated at 5 Amps max will work. BUT, there is a reliability problem. I am a retired Semiconductor Physicist and have done significant reliability and packaging work along the way. This switch will fail quickly if you mount it anywhere it will be exposed to moisture. I finally after having 4 or five fail, had to aggressively silicone seal all the plastic seams, the wire entry point and the glass port seal. I finally have one that has lasted more than a few weeks. First put silicone all in and arond the wire entry point forming a nice seal ball. After that sets, carefully run a bead around the glass to plastic seal area being careful to not get it out on the open surface too much. Then after that sets, carefully run a bead around the fine plastic seam where the two case halves are joined. If you do that right, you may get one to last a while. But get another brand. I had better luck with Landhoow brand.... ( Direct Current Photoelectric Switch 12v 24v 36v 48v Photocell Switch Dc 8v to 50v) This one is also rated at 5 Amps. Some of this syle only rated at 3.5 Amps. You are going to have to seal this one too. This is what I have now in an outdoor system and it is going on almost a year now with good functionality. The drawing on the unit in the picture says it’s rated for 10a but the description says 5a, why is that?
