Terrible "honey", buyer beware.
I have been searching for a good mint honey since the store I used to buy from closed years ago. I can never find any mint flavored. I was excited to try this, even though it's based from apples, because of the mint flavor. First of all, it barely tastes minty. Secondly, I put some of this honey in my daughters tea this morning because she had a sore throat. It turned her tea into what looked like rotting milk! AWFUL! Never again.

Tastes great, but
This has a strong honey flavor like buckwheat. A nice hint of pepper without much heat. 2 stars because of the cane sugar content. We are diabetic and I was hopping for a sweetener that we could use. I wish they had mentioned the cane sugar in the product description.

This stuff if amazing!
No one would ever be able to tell me that this wasn't real honey. It tastes amazing. I accidentally purchased the ancho flavor, rather than the original so I've not been able to use it as much as I'd like but I could just put this stuff on a spoon and eat it. It's that yummy!

Claims by the company are ridiculous
The claim that “each jar saves 7500 bees” is ridiculous. Harvesting honey is no more harmful to bees than picking apples is to the trees. If you’re looking for a honey replacement find a company that’s honest about its products.
