TotalBreakfast Cereal, 100% Daily Value of 11 Vitamins and Minerals, Whole Grain Cereal, 16 oz

When I read the ingredients, particularly the impressive amount of vitamins and minerals it contained, I ordered two boxes. Upon receipt, I had it for breakfast and liked the flavor and freshness of the flakes... I could eat it plain, just as a snack. Why I did not discover it earlier? Now I can blend smaller portions with Cheerios for nutrition sake. UPDATE. After going over the ingredients and wanting a plain snack, I poured 1 cup in a bowl and began eating my snack. Nothing added, it was fine by itself. I will probably eat one cup daily as an evening snack and my yogurt with fruits and Cheerios for breakfast. Then, my one main meal by mid afternoon or a bit later. Love it!

This is my favorite cereal, not too sweet - just right. I eat this cereal before working out in the morning and it gives me great energy. Tastes extra good with a sliced banana on the top!

This is one of my favorite breakfast cereals, low sugar, fortified with vitamins and delicious. I use almond milk and drizzle a little honey on it.

Love this cereal.

It tastes okay as it's not organic. I don't think I want to reorder again.

God nutrious cereal…. Not real tasty but it gets you going…slice a banana and sprinkle with sugar.!The first time I ordered them, they arrived all smushed to pieces but I salvaged them.Just got new order, came in a box, , perfect shape.

I started to purchase this cereal several years ago..when i read the index and saw all the nutrition it offers i tried it..i usually just snack on it once a day right out of the box..taste just fine...i would recommend just reading the nutrition it offers, it gives you 100% of just about every vitamin and much more..if you have kids, let them have a bowl once a day instead of over dosing them with sugar and who knows what else..
