This is my favorite dig. enzyme pill, it's a blend of a few different types of enzymes. They're just the right strength so that they settle my stomach, help things to get moving without being too strong or send me running to the can. On a rough day I might take 2-3 thru out the day. Only concern is that one ingredient (pancreatin?) is animal sourced, so I do look for alternatives.

I bought the 2 pack good value for a digestiveenzyme.It is a full spectrum enzyme works well.when eating different foods.I like the mint taste when you drink with water it’s refreshing.This is helping my gut issues and digestion foods.I noticeI don’t get stomach pain anymore.
