Alright- I don’t know what witch craft is in this but I have been drinking this or rotating it with the Recess magnesium drinks for the last couple of weeks.I am on cloud freaking 9. I bought this to help me sleep through the night- I had no idea it would change my perspective on life. Now that it’s built up in my system, I am so relaxed all the time. My mind is quieter, my sleep is deeper without that groggy hangover feeling. Everything seems easier- my anxiety is gone- I’m laughing more, I’m less stressed feeling- I’ve turned into a magnesium fairy- telling everyone to calm down and drink their magnesium- I have prescribed everyone around me magnesium mocktails- I haven’t touched a glass of alcohol in weeks to help unwind- I have no desire for it. I’m more thoughtful with my words- I care less about the mail- I’m just enjoying life and good sleep and this feeling of calm in my brain- get it. Buy this. The taste is good- but don’t focus on the details so much- just drink it- an hour before bed every night- toss a lemon wedge and some ice in if you want to be fancy- pick a pretty cup. This feels like I took an edible without the “other” effects. I’m just relaxed. I’m not grinding my teeth, or clenching my jaw or waking up because I can’t turn my thoughts off in the middle of the night. I’m more paced, more intentional- if you think you’re feeling crazy, take this! I have untreated adult ADHD and I feel amazing- my thoughts are more clear, my body less tense. Just do it.

I’m a big fan of magnesium and this is great I need to take it when I’m ready for bed cu my eyes will be closing. Helps me to relax and sleep amazing. It last for 2 months approx which is great and the taste is delicious! Recommended !!!

This magnesium powder has a pleasant berry flavor and mixes well with water. It’s calming and helps me unwind in the evenings, especially when paired with a relaxing routine. I do feel more regular and rested after taking it consistently. However, there’s not enough magnesium in each serving for the price point. I expected a higher dose given how much the jar costs. Still, it’s a good product if you’re looking for something gentle and well-formulated.

Arrived quickly and was skeptical as some of these things seem to work short term or not at all. Impressed with the mixability and taste of this - I take it about 30 minutes before I want to go to bed and it helps me fall asleep quickly once I am settled in bed. It also helps me stay asleep, which has led to better sleep quality for me overall.

I purchased this because I have an OŪRA ring and it was telling me my stress levels were elevated before bed. I started drinking this in the evening and it has helped me relax and ease into my nighttime routine. If I wake up in the night, I’m able to fall right back asleep and feel well rested in the morning. I will definitely be purchasing this again

Great product but I do agree with some of the other reviewers that state it’s not enough product for the money that you pay. I ordered this product a couple of years ago and I do not recall it being filled so low from the top of the jar although I could be wrong I don’t think that I am. I was very surprised to see that it was not filled to the top or even close and for the price that you pay for this, it should definitely be filled to the brim in my opinion I have included photos and I do notice in their main profile photo of this product. It is not filled so I cannot say it’s false advertising, but I would just expect them to provide more product for the price.

Great quality product, it helps you sleep without making you feel groggy like a melatonin would. Gave 4 stars because the flavor is not as desirable as the others, but still a great product with clean ingredients
