Warning Sixthreezero will not honor warranty bought from Amazon Canada
Warning Sixthreezero will not honor warranty bought on Amazon Canada. Bike looked great. Difficulty adjusting brakes properly. First ride and the derailleur failed, breaking spokes and rendering it inoperable. Contacted sixthreezero and was told their bike bought on Amazon Canada they would not honor their warranty. Horrible customer service. Amazon was great and refunded. Be very cautious purchasing a sixthreezero bike. Do not recommend.

Great Cruiser!
My wife and I purchased two sixthreezero bikes after years wanting a couple fun cruisers to use. We chose this "Around the Block Men's Cruiser Bike with Rear Rack" for me and I couldn't be happier! I was hesitant to purchase a bike online, for fear of what it would look like after transport or to assemble, but was happy to find it in great shape, packed safely and with good instructions upon arrival. While we were able to assemble it properly, we had our local bike shop do a full review post-assembly to make sure everything was ride-ready.As a life-long mountain biker, the seating position took me a few minutes to get used to. However, I can say that the riding position is great now that I'm familiar with it. (No back aches, tight shoulders or tired forearms as you'd experience frequently on a mountain bike.) This is a delightful bike to enjoy with my wife on our bike rides, whether short or long. Very comfortable, eye-catching and fun!

Okay bike
So it’s important to note, at this price point you’ll always just get an okay bike, and that’s fine.Putting it together is fairly easy. Though I’ll never understand why you don’t put to hand tighten the saddle before putting the saddle rod in, that way it can never slide in and you can fully tighten the saddle once the rod is secured. Basic. The manual itself is trash and doesn’t match the bike. It also literally fell apart in my hands. The tools are sufficient but the number of mismatching bolts/nuts was hilarious, like a drunk donkey packed it.The front handlebar was packed in such a way that installing it Would cause the brake lines to ride on the front wheel. I prefer not to have to do a super awkward and tight twirl to get the handlebars back in a normal position. There’s a lot that can be done better, but hey, you get your box from China and that’s what you get.Calling the support line to complain about the mismatching bolts/nuts was futile. They never answered.Tires don’t have a ring to hold the stem in place. I remember when I was a kid in high school we had those to prevent your stem from slipping. I dunno, must be a Dutch thing. Missed detail.Ride quality is okay. I’m 6’2” and can ride comfortably for about 13 miles a day, five days a week. The bike squeaks, the chain requires excessive lubrication, and the saddle is only so-so.If I had to summarize it in one sentence: pay $200 more for an Electra Townie. Just do it.

Nice bike but not a great experience
Decided to buy online versus bike shop, based on positive reviews and the fact that I wasn't spending a ton of money for this bike. The UPS delivery date became a moving target, kept getting pushed out, and then I started getting "it could be lost" messages from Amazon. Had to do some googling to even get the company phone number (doesn't seem to be on their website or their Amazon storefront), and they ultimately determined that the bike never left their facility once the label was created. Once the bike finally arrived, I started uncrating and assembly - very nicely packed for shipment. The instructions are a weak spot - way too generic and in some cases wrong (my bike did not have the handlebars attached, but the instructions assumed that they were). I muddled through and got it all together. Initially the brakes were way wrong - so tight the wheels wouldn't roll, and the instructions for adjusting them were less than spot-on. I know a bit about bikes and am somewhat mechanically inclined, but I can see this being a real challenge for someone who thinks assembly just involves attaching the seat and the tires. The bike itself is very well made and feels solid, so in the end I'm pretty satisfied. The one remaining issue is that both the front and rear brakes are very noisy in operation - they make this unpleasant chatter sound under even moderate pressure. I am hoping that, with time and as the pads break in, the noise will go away. If not, I may have to take it to a bike shop or try some upgraded pads.

Sturdy Costruction
Purchased as a riding alternative to another bike. The ergonomics of the design is perfect for me, especially when I'm just casually riding and don't need to be in a racing position. I wasn't sure about the color combination, but the grey frame and black/white tires are aesthetically appealing. The derailleur is very well tuned for each gear position - solid chain engagement on each gear change. Three minor complaints: The front and rear reflectors aren't attached as shown in the assembly guide. The placement of the "lock Nut Cap" isn't shown in the assembly guide - I deduced that this part went over the "Headtube" nut. The caution for the "Seat Post" should be larger and or a feature should be added to keep this part from accidentally dropping into the seat frame.
