This Tomintoul 25 year old single malt is an exquisite Scotch Whisky. Only a very select few casks make the grade to be worthy of maturing such a whisky. It is rich gold in colour with a nose that is soft and creamy flowing nicely into sweet toffee notes. To taste, this is a rather smooth dram with hints of toffee and caramel. The finish is very soft with a slight warming and a touch of spice.
