Is the ink waterproof?

Not really. Pen smudges sadly it’s been a waste of my money!!!!

can these pens handle a lot of pressure from my hand when writing but also do they improve hand writing.

Not sure how much pressure they can take, but they make you love writing and they are so much cheaper (and exactly the same as!) Uniball pens.

Is this ink permanent or does it run id the paper gets wet?

Yes the paper does get wet and comes through the other side
