This mix makes the most delicious pancakes. We originally brought the mix to make waffles with a new waffle iron. The results of this were outstanding, really easy to mix, didn’t stick to the iron and were very tasty. We now use the mix to make blueberry pancakes about once a week. really tasty with maple syrup. We will definitely be ordering again.

It contains wheat, soy, and a small amount of buttermilk, so not suitable for everyone. That said, if you can enjoy it, it’s fantastic value for money and an excellent pantry staple for families or anyone who enjoys a reliable pancake mix.

A big bag well worth the money

It’s my first time making these as the mixture arrived yesterday. I made 2 for breakfast. They were so nice I had to make another one. I had them with smoked bacon & maple syrup. Absolutely yummy 😋😋
