I don't know the exact weight but it easily supports two large (26") HP monitors on a monitor bracket attached to the back of the desk, laptop dock, keyboard and mouse without any tipping or bending. Hope that helps.

can you attach wheels or castors to this desk

I dont see it being easy no, and there doesnt seem to be anything to put them onto, even if u managed to make it work and u found a way to mount them to the square metal bar unless it was right in the corner its not gonna be sturdy, so it’s feasible but i think itll be difficult to impossible to find castors for this, youd be better served with the square based legs 4 of em as opposed to one that goes all the way over. Or one thats good with castor connectivity.

Is the table bolted onto the legs?

Yes it's firmly bolted to the legs. I find the table to be sturdy and stable.

is it made from solid wood or mdf?

It's mdf coated with laminate just like a kitchen cupboard door or kitchen work top but I must say and I am a quite a fussy guy with high standards these desks are very good very well put together much better than I was expecting.
