How do you unravel these?

Slow and steady lol, it took me a minute to unravel them but they come pre-rolled so unraveling is easy as long as u take your time with it because if u rush the process it will tangle and be a hot mess lol.

Why won’t they stay on the setting? It seems to just be cycling through all of them.

It will stay on a setting. I played with the remote until I got it to work (you need to be really close to the outlet). It’s been a while so I can’t remember exactly what I did to make it stick to one setting, but it will!

Does anyone else have the problem where the lights are turned off, but you can still see a faint light in some of the bulbs????
