New design, solid product
My original tank began leaking after several years of use. I have read that the original product has a design flaw along a glued joint. This updated design eliminates the design flaw, so I expect that it will last longer with no leaking problem. Only time will tell of course, but after several months there have been no issues.

Resmed S10 Humidifier
The item seems to be Original Equipment supplied by Resmed. Its good quality with a full steel base . But I am not very sure if it fits the S10 humidifier chamber properly. I have been using this for the last few months. When you breathe in or out, there is a variety of sounds coming from the machine. For e.g., there's gurgling, or there's a whistling sound. It does go away, after I try to manipulate the humidifier, but sometimes it comes back. The sound is irritating especially when you're in deep sleep.

Arrived as a used product
Item arrived obviously used before. Dirt where your thumb goes to pull it out or put it in your cpap maching. There was dirt between the rubber seal and plastic. Had to be returned.
