Does it make a good roll around seat wit a padded cover top ?

The Walmart version is VERY sturdy! It is NOT CHEAPLY made at all. I’d say that it’s a rebadged CHEMICAL GUYS dolly, it’s that good of quality. And I can tell you it’ll hold an adult’s weight just fine. I have a bucket full of tools that weighs about 55 lbs and it’s nothing to that dolly and rolls a smooth as glass. The casters are exactly like the SGBD branded one you see on AMAZON with the red and white wheels. I bought two for $30. That’s $20 less than just one on here for $50 each. No regrets with the Walmart version at all!

Ame in the mail today was assembling the wheels it slid off the bench hit the ground and cracked all the way around in the trash it went super bummed

You should reach out to the company and tell them what happened. A lot of companies will try to make their customers happy. I have not dropped mine, but I've had it for about 6 months and I use it weekly. Absolutely makes moving buckets around so much easier. I can't imagine not having mine. Explain what happened and maybe they will send a new bucket. if you kept the wheels then you could tell them the plastic broke and you are wondering if they would replace that since you just got it.

they just push in like on an office chair. will help to lock it with the lever so the wheel doesnt spin.
