What are the directions for this? Is it a mask you leave in for a few minutes or for 20? Thanks in advance!

This conditioner is awesome. For more moisturization you can leave it on longer, I usually leave it on a few minutes then rinse well. My hair feels & smells amazing! One of the best conditioners I've ever used.

Is this better than the thickening shampoo and conditioner I have thin dry hair what should I use

I have thin dry hair as well, I alternate between the volumizing shampoo, and the moisturizing shampoo... and use the hydrating masque once a week

can I use these products on hand tied extensions?

Hi Andrea - Yes, Hand tied, weft or tape in extensions. Aside from a few things in Kevin’s line, like the clarifying shampoo (of course) all of his stuff can be used on human hair extensions of any type.

Whst color is the product? Is it supposed to be white because mine has a yellowish brown tinge.

The product in the purple bottle is light yellowish brown.

Great product, horrid containers.

Absolutely the best hair treatment I've ever tried. ONLY thing I've found that leaves my greying, fly away hair manageable. Love it.Now the bad. I've had two products with this pump and both have given out about the 4th use. You are then left to shake and beat the stuffing out of the bottle trying to get the product out. Then you have to take a serrated knife to the bottle to get the rest out. Wish they could come up with a jar container or something that would work.I've had to change to Kerastase mask and I'm hoping it will do as well.I'll come back to Kevin Murphy if they change containers.

This is it. The one and only hair product that was made for women. I had straw hair a month ago. I went to Costa Rica for vacation and this was in the bathroom and I was in shock. My hair has never felt so buttery and hydrated. I purchased this when I returned for my trip (regretfully) since I did not know it cost triple the amount of my previous shampoo. I started using it with head and shoulders (stop it’s winter and my scalp is DRY) and it’s the perfect pair. Never has my hair looked better and I know it’s not because of the head and shoulders. My hair has growth its roots in the past month of use, more than I expected to get my hair done. And I want to thank this product. Thank you for giving me back my 13 year old self’s hair

Stingy supply for high price tag

Not a generous amount of product which is very disappointing how expensive the product is. This product only last me three rinse cycles. My hair is thick and shoulder length.

Best set of hair products for colored hair!

I was honestly a little worried after reading some reviews saying that it wasn't the real product but I ordered the masque from Amazon and the shampoo and conditioner from Groupon and all together it is just the best combo I've ever tried. I was truly positively surprised as I had always been using great and nourishing products for my hair (L'oreal - Kerastase) since I've had highlights for a while now but the Hydrate-Me range is like 10 times more nourishing and left my hair super smooth and soft even 3 days after using them. Highly recommended!
