I stopped using it over a year ago because it's just not worth it when you can find others for 50% less.Okay, the first thing I have to say is, "Why didn't I ever get an email about this new product after I opted into belitae.com ??? I haven't received any follow-up emails about this new product or any new product. So I do hope you start implementing great auto-responder and funnel follow ups for customers who go to your site and optin with their email address. Special Amazon promo codes for current customers would be great!So I found this newer product by accident a while ago. However, when I did, the price was much, much too high. I kept using the Vitamin C that I love so much! A couple months later, when I was ordering more bottles of Belitae's Vitamin C I had been using for a year, Amazon showed me this product again. I saw it was much more reasonable at the $12.99 now, so I thought, I have to try it cause Belitae uses quality ingredients in their products and it's affordable now.When it arrived, I was worried it would make my skin red, burn and peel. Well, it didn't at all. I was surprised because I have the most sensitive skin. But, I did put it on my eyelids and they itched for a week.I was disappointed at first because Belitae's Vitamin C seems to tighten more immediately when you put it on. But I knew from prescription Retinol products from dermatologists, that long-term use gets long-term results.I wait now at least one month before leaving reviews on anti-aging products. So I have been using this longer than one month, perhaps almost two now. I'm done with my second bottle. I have to say, I am shocked.I stopped using the Vitamin C so I could get an accurate assessment and comparison. After almost two months, my entire face is tighter and more firm. It even helped some of my pigment damage that I realize will never go away from a plastic surgeon's damage.If I had a zit starting, I put it on and the next day it was gone. Any redness, this stuff gets rid of it. It is like a calming agent--not like the stronger prescription Retinol that makes me burn and peel and break out.What shocks me the most is how tight my face is now. Even the Vitamin C didn't make it this tight, and that stuff is gold! It has helped my neck and chest as well.I am torn between both products now, but I have to say, this is my new favorite. But don't expect immediate results. You might even think the results are great after one week, but after almost two months, you will be amazed at the overall tightness of your skin from this stuff.The one thing I have to say is that I really, really need a great under-eye gel. Belitae's is honestly nice, but I am using Rahda Beauty's under-eye gel because it makes my eyes underneath tighter than Belitae's (sorry). If Belitae's makes theirs so our eyes tighten up more, I'll go back to using it for sure. I can put makeup on with both, but the crepe look under my eyes is hideous.I also want to say that if you think this is gone after pumping--think again. It's thicker than the Vitamin C (which has recently been made a little thicker, which I like), but not as thick as this. I love that it's not greasy one bit. Anything that's not greasy and works is a keeper! But there is more in the bottle. It doesn't last as long as the Vitamin C, but I'm glad the price is 12.99 now like the Vitamin C.I'm not sure if using Belitae's Vitamin C for one year, then using this for 2 months has laid the foundation for my 50-year old face, but I'm ecstatic Belitae has some of the best, highest quality, organic ingredients of all the products I've tried over the last 30 years.I'm posting a picture that's two days old, so you can see what I look like at 50 without makeup. You can see under my eyes are all crepe looking, which I hate, but the rest of my face is pretty tight. I do have wrinkles on my forehead and in between my eyes, but over the last two months, they have diminished by about 25%.I'm going to optin to their site again and hope to get emails and special offers if any are available. Can't live without Belitae products--thanks!

As a follow-up to my last "one-star" review, this is to confirm that the Customer Service Dept of Belitae were superb in response to my initial comment / complaint. As previously mentioned, I rec'd product and noted the spray nozzle not to be emitting any serum, so after several tries opened the cap and noted the bottle to be near empty?In response to the above, the Belitae's Customer Service Dept. took immediate action in ensuring I rec'd a replacement bottle immediately. I'm more than impressed w/this company to say the least! However, can't share the same with AMAZON, as I also alerted their Customer Service Group, to no avail?Thank you Belitae !!! Will be a "long-standing" customer for sure following the above !

I love this serum, it is light and it sure seems to soothe the fine lines.n Although I do not show my real age, I find that this serum helps to give my skin a firmer and healthy look, by the way I use this product at night. I did not want to review this product untiI have used it for a while and yes, I will keep using it, I believe that this statement says it all!

I really like this Retinol 2.5% serum. I keep it in the refrigerator and I apply it at night as one of my serums. I apply it to my face, neck, and the tops of my hands. I really like the the anti-aging benefits that it has provided. The serum has a thicker consistency too so it is easier to use the right amount.

I have never used Retinol before, but did some research online. Some other products don't contain actual "Retinol"-- this one actually has "Retinol" in the ingredients, and itt's very reasonably priced. I've only used the product for a couple of weeks, but have already seen improvement in my laugh lines. The experience I had with the seller was superior. Very, very impressed!

works ! Plumps my skin and retains moisture so wrinkles appear diminished , Easy to apply as it glides on. Some serums are so thin they run off. BUT this glides on and my face is softer & looks more youthful. I am 60 yrs old and can see a difference over other serums I have purchased.

For the amount of money i think this product is pretty good. I would buy again. It’s very applyable and a little goes a long way. I have dry skin so i put two moisturizers on before i use this and notice it does not dry out my skin. I feel it would work for oily skin to. The pump you use to get the product out is a little stiff and shoots it out quickly.

I love this stuff. This is my first time using retinol. What a difference it makes. I was beginning to get some adult like acne - the kind that comes from deep within and never comes to head, plus I had some scarring from the acne left behind. This stuff reduced the acne and the scars that I had, plus some of the fine lines by my eyes have gone away. I have only been using it for a month, but I noticed some minimal results just after a week. I will definitely keep using, my skin has never looked so healthy. I will say I think it dried my skin out a bit at first but with regular moisturizer use the dry skin is not an issue.
