My daughter (10) purchased these as her first set of skates. She loves them and has used them almost every day for the past month. Her only complaints have been the following:- that the tongue doesn't stay seated in its proper position and likes to wander away from the laces no matter how hard she ties them- the toe stop on one of the skates is constantly coming loose - we have to tighten the screw with every use.Overall I'm very satisfied with the product as an introductory pair of skates. We weren't interested in purchasing a higher grade skate when I wasn't sure if this was an activity she'd quickly abandon, but we were looking for something a bit more than the adjustable skates they market for younger kids. This pair fits that bill nicely.

My son wanted to try roller skating so I grabbed these. Great price and they've held up well. There is definitely some wear and tear happening on the front toe area but he's new to skating and falls a lot. The product as a whole seems very sturdy and has worked well for us.
