Worked great good power have 2 3000 watt amps and it Handel's them great will need the longer belt if you have a stock 105 amp alternator it's about an inch longer

It worked for 14 months, but 2004 Duramax kept on giving all types of codes, then this alternator just up died while on along trip. I took this to a VERY trusted local alternator shop, it was found to have PIECE of junk regulator installed in it. Have you ever heard of dirty electricity? Well this unit produces just that, WAY bad electrical frequency for GM vehicles. I would NOT ever recommend this alternator...IT IS JUNK!!!! I got a rebuilt installed on my truck and no more code problems.

Wow!!! The reviews were correct! This alternator fixes issues I didn't even know I had. The lights are brighter, the A/C fan blows out stronger, the A/C feels colder, the car shifts smoother and the engine runs smoother. My 99 Tahoe is 21 years old and I thought I needed to fix other issues the alternator fixed. Also, the plug type was different so I called AJ Electric, the manufacturer, and they told me my plug type just needed to be changed to the the new one. I bought one from Amazon and spliced it in. I am extremely happy with my purchase! Thank you Amazon and AJ Electric!
