Reliable as ever
I'm pretty sure I had this same exact model 30 years ago. I bought this for my daughter. It has all the important tools (blade, screwdriver, bottle opener, etc.). It's also a good size. This is the perfect item to bring on a hike/camping, throw in a backpack. Just take it out before you board the plane. Sadly, I've lost at least two swiss-army knives trying to fly.

Christmas Gift
I bought this for my dad, not just as a multi-tool as he uses tools often, but also as a partly Swiss-American. Victorinox knives tend to be more presentable as gifts since they aren't for tough use but they are actually tougher than they look. This was the first year I explored Victorinox products and don't let the small thin knives fool you as they are crazy sharp and have good edge retention. There is some elf magic going on in these blades here. I can't actually review all of the other tools but they all seemed well made when I examined them. I like that there is a small knife on this multi-tool, which is wonderfully handy for opening packages so all that tape gunk doesn't gum up the main blade. The Tinker is like a good size increase from the little classic but I'm confused over the choice of tools because half are like typical tools while the other half is related to food and beverage, so I look at the Tinker and expect a corkscrew instead of a reamer. I guess it's good to exclude the little classic's tool set if you carry both, but I don't know. Maybe it's more for the carpenter, construction worker, and office worker. Well, it's totally practical and very well made anyway and that's what matters.
