Really nice water gun. It's one of those things that once you get, you wonder why you didn't get it earlier. I was getting tired of the pressure washer line twisting. I did have a small issue where it would dribble out of the tip when not pressing the trigger. I contacted McKillans support just to get information about fixing or returning it under warranty and two days later I received brand new one. The gun is really nice for washing cars but the service and support is top-notch. Just good old fashioned outstanding support; answer the emails promptly and take care of issues quickly. Bravo.

When those steps didn’t resolve the issue, McKillans went above and beyond by offering to replace the gun. I have to say, the quality of their product is excellent, and they truly stand behind it 100%. Their customer service was fast, respectful, and very professional. First time I used this and I am happy I bought this along with ny new pressure washer.Swivel feature is just great. I don't spend my time untangling, rotating and dancing around to fix the high pressure hose while washing. Great investment

Update: Already got a email back from their Support and they are shipping out a new one. That was less than 24hrs. That alone I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Suck the first one broke that quickly but it nice to know they support you.1.5 months old and already leaking. I think I've washed my car 3 times so barely used. I used a low pressure washer (Active 2.0) Stored in my garage so no freezing temps. No drops. The worst part is it leaks even when the pressure washer is not even turned on... that's just tap pressure. Watch the video. This is the second one that has done this.

Paired along with my new pressure washer and quick fitting hoses I have made my car washes a lot more quicker and easier with this pressure washer handle. The short handle makes balancing a foam cannon bottle super easy. I really like the spinning fittings that untangle the hose with just tugging on it. Really great tool for a starter pressure washer build and the only downside I find is that the fittings are brass and not stainless steel, but if you don't care about looks I'm pretty sure after your car wash if you disconnect, drain and properly store the handle the fittings will continue to look just as shiny.

I love the stubby nozzle. The swivel makes it so your hose doesn't get all linked up and the quality it top notch, would definitely recommend.
