I wish I would have taken a picture when I took my brake off before so I wouldn't have mangled the parts trying to put them back on the lawnmower and then needong to buy this part. Oh well hindsight is 20/20.Easy to install, found a YouTube video of a man installing this brake and explaining it on an mtd lawnmower. Old man had a beard and glasses. It helped me a lot.

Cheaply made
The diecast part can break so easily. It cracks under thr slightest pressure. My original one is a good solid metal. Waste of money. Shouldn't be 48 dollars. 20 maybe.
