Finally! Ability to machine polish in very small spaces or tight curves.
I constantly find myself needing to cut and polish in small spaces or tighter curves. This tool definitely fits the bill and at the right price. This pre-assembled kit of 1", 2" and 3" backing plates & pads is great. I'm disappointed its not a dual action polisher and just a rotary, but when working with pads this small I imagine it has to be. Like all Flex polishers, its LOUD and vibrates a lot in your hand (compared to my Rupes Bigfoot) so you'll want hearing protection. I also notices it gets hot fast, but it didn't impact the performance. I don't doubt the quality of the motor and polisher, but I don't know who make the pads or even where to re-order them from. Time will tell.

great tool
I love this thing, tons of power, light weight, super smooth, and really easy to use. This is the perfect tool for doing correction work in tight areas or on small panels. Combined with the pe14 you can really accomplish any correction job. Also don't let the size fool you, it has tons of power I never have had the need to go above speed 3 even when removing wet sanding marks.

This is one fantastic polisher and starting kit. Comes with everything in the description. Using this for car detailing and it’s working out great.

A real game changer
Tight corners, mirrors, door jambs, headlights, and bumpers. Need I say more? Worth every penny. Used daily. Sturdy and reliable. I recommend putting some soft tubing over the metal extension for tight spots.

Flex pe-8 polisher!
Machine came on time. I got the pads,backin plates,2 towels,pad rejuvenator ,extension adapter,pad brush, and I was surprised to get an apron! Now I look professional ! Love the tool first time I used. I was impres how quick it got the job done! My 1st project was the headlights on my car! Puff I finish ,
