I don't know how I found these originally? I was trying to find a way for the family to sit down and eat at the same time when we go camping. I bought a similar one that was smaller. Followed the instructions of preheating with HOT water, emptied it and started putting pancakes in it. I had a stack of hot pancakes and everyone was sitting down at the same time. So I bought this one. We use it for home and camping. When the family comes home with grandkids, I use the smaller one for sausage or bacon and the larger for pancakes, waffles or french toast. I serve other foods in these but that is where it started. If you have to transport hot food try this. I have transported cold food in it with ice surrounding a smaller bowl that I placed inside.

Use to serve my favorite, soup, greens, beans and so on.

The product is of great quality and is built sturdy. Design is beautiful. It keeps the food warm but not for long enough. Food prepared in morning got cold by afternoon. It is good for keeping the food warm for few hours. Overall I was satisfied with the product.

Good / as per description

This dish really works and keeps the food warm for quite a while. It was great to be able to fix something and take it to a portluck dinner and not have to worry about reheating it.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Don't waste your money as this is a fake casserole or maybe Milton company is losing money and cutting corners by using cheap plastic material. Within few months of using this the top of this casserole came apart and broke. I guess they had just glued plastic to polystyrene using a very cheap glue because it came apart. My parents have their casseroles intact for years and this one just broke in few months. Very disappointed and wish I could get my money back. This is a scam..don't waste your money.

Works well, but the material quality could be better,

It does keep the food warm for about 2+hours. Serves my needs at a reasonable cost. Please take extra care if you want to transport semi liquid food in this hot pot. It was not designed with a leak proof lid for transportation of food.
