Hours of fun
We recently purchased this to have in our backyard as my Wife said she used to play for hours when she was a child. We set it up and our two young boys wanted to play right away! Easy to set up but after long periods of play you might need to move it as the ground gets loose around the pole. We took it camping with us and it kept the kids busy for hours! Such a simple but fun game to play.

Ah the memories of when I was a kid
I had this game when I was a kid, I loved it!!!Just had to get it & bring back those good times & memories I had when I was young.

Not made well. Broke almost immediately
My favorite childhood game. They just don’t make them like they used to. Sadly, the ball came off string after 5 mins of play

Tennis ball broke after 2 weeks
LOVE THIS! My family had so much fun playing this. It was also a really great way to get a quick and fun workout in.Unfortunately, two weeks after we got it; the tennis ball split and broke; making it unusable. I don't see a replacement that looks the same on Amazon.Another con (I guess)...the paddles have no cushion on the handle and my kids got blisters on their inner thumbs.Maybe we all played to much or to hard...but like I said; it was really fun!Now I'm hunting for a way to replace the tennis ball/rope/hook.

Love this game
Balls have to be restrung every so often. My grandsons use tennis balls to re-tether. We used to call this game Zim Zam when my kids were growing up. Lots of fun and good to get outside for kids who are home a great deal right now.The pole is sturdy. Just be prepared to every so often to replace the tethered balls. There are some for sale online, if you don't want to tether them on your own. Good for individual fun or with an opponent.

Like old school Zim Zam
Wanna practice tennis without having to chase the ball all over your yard and have a little fun? This is perfect and fits together securely with no wobble. It’s been used by all ages in the family and everyone loves it. Nice smooth, gliding of the ball down and back the spiral. It’s in near constant use when we are outside

Disappointed ☹️
Exactly one year after purchase, and this is going in the trash. While it was very fun for a bit, the problems began pretty quickly. The ball broke off first, the thing attaching it to the top spiral broke. Next, issues with the post. My husband is handy and modified the post, drilled a hole in a tennis ball and reattached…but now using it for the first time this summer, (it was stored in our shed since last fall) the string that attaches the ball broke. He tied a knot, but it then broke in another spot.Too bad- it was a lot of fun, but no where near the quality of the original Zim Zam I used to love as a kid!

Fun game
So I had a ‘Dunlop’ version of this in the 80’s.This version is ok but there’s no spring that pops up when you get to top or bottom which kinda sucks .The worst feature is the plastic bit that holds the ball string it doesn’t slide smoothly around the coil.Bit disappointed for the $On a good note my kids absolutely love it 😊So great for kids but kinda sucky for adults.Value bit overpriced I think , but worth it for the fun my kids are having!!
