I started using them about a week ago to help with unwanted hair growth. There were mixed reviews so I didn’t want to get my hopes up that this would actually work. I have noticed a significant improvement in less than a week. The time I’m spending on removing my hair is almost nonexistent and it has previously affected my quality of life for the past 15 years. My chin and face feels so much smoother, it’s such a relief to not feel so self conscious anymore. I’m so happy that I decided to try this.

I have PCOS and huritism. I tried spearmint tea, but that gave me heartburn. These spearmint capsules not so much. I take them on an empty stomach in the morning, one capsule at a time. I waxed two weeks ago and I noticed the difference. The hair is finer and growing slower. Great product!

I’ve been taking this for my PCOS. I don’t know if I’ve felt any of the benefits yet as it can take up to 3 months for a vitamin to have any real effect on your system but I have not felt any negative effects from it either. The capsules smell minty which is not unpleasant and do have a mild minty taste as well. I like them and will continue to take them regularly. I bought these bc they are natural and didn’t have any other additives which is nice and the capsules are easy to swallow and I believe the capsules are vegan friendly as well. I would recommend these for anyone to try.

I like them. I take these for my PCOS/hair growth and they do slow down hair growth. The thing I love the most about these is that they cleared my skin up! My skin is literally so clear and healthy looking. I would def buy again.

Such an easy way to support my daily digestive routine. Love that it uses plant-based ingredients and that there are only two - spearmint leaves and a veggie cellulose capsule. Small capsule size are simple to take at home or while traveling.

These are incredible. I started taking them almost a year ago after reading about the benefits of spearmint for hormonal acne. I decided to give these a try and have been hooked ever since. I rarely get blemishes now compared to the large amount I was getting prior to taking this supplement. You do want to drink them with plenty of water since they are larger and I take 2 at a time.

The bottle says to take 2000mg a day but the recommended dose is 900mg. I took it for a few weeks and it did not help my skin at all. What it did do is lower my blood pressure and make me feel dizzy and unsteady on my feet. I’m done with this. Be careful with supplements Even ones that seem safe. Lesson learned

I bought this product to help reduce my PCOS symptoms, mainly the unwanted facial hair. It’s safe to say this product highly succeeded my expectations with reducing the growth of my facial hair. I still can’t tell if it helped with less hair growth, or made them grow slower. All I know is that it worked and you have to take it everyday for these results. It also helped with my indigestion, which is something I’ve had horrible issues with since I got pregnant for my daughter in 2015.Now for the kicker! My husband and I have tried getting pregnant for 3 YEARS WITH NO SUCCESS… I’ve taken this product for almost 2 months straight and just tested positive on Saturday!!!! I stronger believe this product has been the main factor in helping us conceive as i haven’t done or changed anything else in my day to day life that could’ve made the chances of conceiving any higher. 10/10 recommend this product if you have PCOS and are trying to conceive.
