Can't buy just one!
Bought three elbow braces to help limit the range of motion on my left arm. Had/have issues with strains, pulls, so every year, be it spring or fall, somehow I manage to hurt the left arm. Not a tennis player by any means...just get myself into trouble raking, or seeding, or other repetitive tasks that cause pain that lasts for weeks! So I bought Bracoo, Yosoo, and Mueller. All get rated a 5, but they all have very different functions. In terms of support, Bracco is the toughest, i.e. limits the range of motion the most. Mueller is next, Yosoo is least limiting. The Bracoo bands are wide, and can apply pressure to the lateral epicondyle, as do tennis elbow straps. I use those too, but wanted to try something that limits the range of motion. Bracco is a bit tricky to put on, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. And can be adjusted easily to match the joint. Bracco is a bit too wide and to hot, too stiff to sleep with. I have a habit of bending my elbow while counting sheep, so I was hoping to just keep the arm straight, without turning blue! Great for when I'm moving firewood, working on car. Great support.Mueller is a bit softer, has a sleeve that you slide on, then tighten velcro. Very easy to apply. For general support around the house, at work, driving, this is the one to use. Also too warm for sleeping, but not as stiff. The Yosoo is the most compact elbow brace, and is suited for either super stiff support or gentle support, depending on how you tighten. The straps are MUCH longer than the other two, and you can manipulate them to be in just the right spot. If you want to apply pressure, easy to do. The actual stiffness of the stiffeners sewn into the brace seem stiffer than the other two, but the brace is shorter than the other two, so the perceived support is a bit less. Anyway, this is the one that I have worn to sleep a few times, and the narrower straps allow the arm to breath, and keeps just enough pressure to keep it straight while counting sheep. So all good, the three have different levels of support, so buy a few...I like all these.

Great support
So I moved up to this one from the Mueller forearm band. The band works pretty good when it's worn around the home or office, or just doing everyday chores, but I realized I needed something a little beefier when I was working out in the gym. Enter the slip on elbow support with dual adjustable velcro straps. This thing works alot better when working out because it provides alot more support than just a strap does. This slips on over my elbow easily and comes off easily too. I adjust the straps for my comfort level and off I go. It keeps my elbow warm and the bloodflow in the area. My arm measures 17" at the bicep and this fits with no problem. I feel alot more confident working out with this on then just the strap alone.. The only drawback so far is that it traps some moisture so it does get a little sweaty but it's not that bad that's why i gave it 4 stars. Well worth the money.

Very sturdy, snug comfortable fit with excellent support!
2nd updated review: Another reviewer referred to the velcro not lasting long, so I want to provide my feedback that aligns with that reviewer's experience. My original strap fasteners held well for 3 months before losing their grip. Since my wife sews, we went to a fabric store and purchased a longer piece of velcro (about 3 times the original velcro fastener for 4 new placements - one on each strap) that she sewed onto the existing strap (see the white thread sections in the pics). This allows a stronger support than the original and should last a couple of years - so I still would highly recommend these straps (for three months OR for a much longer time with the sewed in "enhanced" velcro strap that sticks to the existing corresponding section. You don't have to replace both sections / sides of the velcro - just extend the prickly side that then fastens into the remaining softer velcro side.__________________1st review: I have been lifting for 30 years and have bought my share of support types of products - and these are sincerely the best pair (I bought two) I have ever bought / used. You can't go wrong with this product if looking for sturdy support while having a range of motion.

Can re-purpose as knee or foot wrap for RICE
I keep in freezer and use (re-purpose) as a handy knee wrap for RICE after a training run. I couldn't find a good knee wrap and this fits the bill. Fits nicely over my knee and can insert small icepack. My husband uses it for a foot wrap for RICE.

Works great but not for long
This thing totally got rid of my tennis elbow for now, several weeks of providing support let my injury heal, only other option was rest therapy and surgery, injection is the best but can't have another and they are short term, if this is short term then fine do the process all over again. Problem is the Velcro does not stick, i wear this under a jacket at work cause its cold where i work in the cooler, moving has Velcro get bumped and there it goes, good part is its like a compression sleeve so that provides support, the straps will again not stay but with out them you can get good support, but not good enough the straps are needed, if you want this at the discount prices they have know go for it, curing not right word letting tennis elbow recover then go for this, think it was about 4 weeks till I went game over, elbow is good. When I had it on no pain at all does kind of limit motion some what but is expected basically having a cast on but good product need to fix the Velcro problem. Most football players have similar product on for elbow issues.

Not for everyone, no support
Definitely not for cushioning an elbow, and not for smaller arms. One size doesn't fit most, not to mention it heats up rather quickly making it more uncomfortable.
