Nice large lens for better visibility
The reason I bought this was its ability to adjust to shades lower than 9. It goes to 4 for grinding but can be adjusted as low as 5 for welding. This helps me immensely in the majority of MIG welding that I do. The visibility is great with the larger size lens. You just have to remember to turn the shade adjustment knob off after use to preserve battery life. I am very satisfied with the helmet in the month I have used it.

Works good. I still suck at welding. but the helmet is definitely worth the price.
