I bought this about a month ago and I wanted to wait before reviewing it. I'm a pharmacist and also a huge beauty junkie. I know that some of these skin care products are not proven to improve your skin but I still really wanted to try this after reading about it being one of the best vitamin C products. It has a tacky, watery consistency that can spread on the the face and neck. It states you can use 5-7 drops on the bottle but I usually use closer to 7 drops since I apply it on my neck as well (I think 5 would suffice if you're applying just to your face). I use it every morning after washing my face and then apply an SPF 30 moisturizer right after. I'm 25 so I wouldn't say that I'm looking for extreme anti-aging. I'm not too sure what I was looking for this except improvement in my skin after reading about the benefits of Vitamin C use and maybe just protecting my skin in general in the long run.So what's the verdict after 1 month? Again, I do not have wrinkles or lines yet so I was not looking for this serum to "anti-age" me. However, I noticed my skin is now really radiant when I wake up in the morning- no matter if I have a good or bad night of sleep. Even though I don't have acne, I have always worn foundation in the past because my skin looked so dull when waking up in the morning. I have started to notice, and this is not something I have noticed after starting any other products, when I wake up in the morning, my skin does not have this same dull look. This is not just after I use the serum- I notice it looks radiant even first thing in the morning before I wash my face. I look less tired and have a glow to my skin. I don't know if it has made me have less under eye bags but I just makes me look so awake and refreshed that they are a lot less noticeable.Noticing this new radiance in my skin has made me feel more comfortable with not wearing foundation on my skin as much or putting concealer under my eyes. Again, this is not just after using the vitamin C serum. My skin looks radiant now first thing in the morning even BEFORE I put this serum on which means that it is IMPROVING my skin and not just moisturizing my skin when I wear it!I was also worried when starting this serum that my skin would be slightly red after using it as my skin is pretty sensitive and reddens around my nose when I use anything not suitable for sensitive skin. I was happy to find that this did not make my skin red at all. I read that this particular form of Vitamin C does not irritate the skin. It is fragrance-free as well which is another plus for those with sensitive skin! Can I 100% say this certainty that it was this vitamin c serum made my skin radiant? No, I can't. But I can say that since using it, my skin has becoming more radiant and there has nothing else new that I added to my routine. It is not just a subtle difference either. I really feel like I have a youthful, rejuvenated glow to my skin skin. I look happy and well rested all the time now (even if I'm feeling far from it haha). After 1 month of using this serum, I will continue adding it to my beauty routine. I would rather buy this for $35 and use 1 bottle for about 3 months then buy an $8 fake "vitamin C serum" that is just a make up of dye, fragrance, and other irritating ingredients that don't even work and just redden my skin. This vitamin C is at a high enough concentration to work. Other vitamin C products don't list their strength on the bottle, so how do you even know what you're getting?I think anything that makes you look better without makeup is worth the money ! It is such a confidence booster to feel better in your own skin. 5 stars.

Just for comparison - with 1 other serum C product - Updated June 15, 2015
I'm going to do a comparison to ONE of the other Serum C products - Azure's Ultimate C 22% C+ hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin E + Amino Complex Professional Strength (available through Amazon). Both are very similar at their core components with the same type of Vitamin C they use, but C serum 22-Max differs by few things:This product has listed more natural or Ayurveda/Chinese/Herbal products in it that have a vast history of various uses.It does not have a smell, unlike Azure's citrus smell. This product makes it clear that it is not tested on animals, its vegan and its paraben free.It does not say that it is Made in the USA on the bottle whereas Azure has Made in the USA.Both are milky white clear. If you purchase this product it needs to be shaken each time before you get set to pull the product into the dropper that 8 drops will then be placed on the tips of one hand, you rub your fingers together and put product lightly on forehead, down next to eye (where crows feet are) then come down cheeks, across upper lip and across chin. Go back and rub the product into the skin until its absorbed.Whatever you do - don't forget to use a light exfoliate - I'm going to mention Oil of Olay b/c it comes with the scrubbing auto-brush and if you don't clean your face and get the old layers off (which this product is helping to do) you will get a "pilling" effect along the jaw. I'd recommend ADSM's microdermabrasion cream (which you can get on Amazon - its wonderful but buy it from ADSM as they sometimes throw in a sampler of something else- and getting something free is nice). Work w/ a clean face!1 bottle of this, using the 8 drop method, at night, every night, will last you approximately 5 weeks. Its a fact that all skin product needs 4 weeks of continuous work before you'll start seeing any results - and that's minimal as the skin cells turn over every 21 days. Its really in the 5-6 weeks that you'll know if you've got a winner. As long as you don't break out, don't have an adverse reaction, the product hasn't spoiled, you're working on your skin as a project instead of slapping something on for a week and expecting to see miraculous results, keep trying and inserting a new item in your core regime. Good luck.I'm updating as of July 16, 2015: I've dropped every other C serum and switched to this one exclusively. Even though this has 5% Hyaluronic Acid, its only 5% and its combined in the product. I've gone w/ASDM's 100% Hyaluronic Acid Serum shipped by ASDM, put that one first after cleaning w/Clinique #1 and #2, then using ASDM's 100% Hyaluronic serum (remember to let everything dry inbetween so do other things as you're getting ready for work or school to stay on time), then use this C serum, then I use serumtologie's Pure Whipped Moisturizer which goes w/this C and has Vit. B and is does not clog pores. After that its light foundation that doesn't need moisturizer - it will be too much at that point. Just use a plain base foundation. Too much moisturizer and SPF might be causing acne problems - its in foundation and blush. Watch your product layering. As always - good luck.
