Love the selection in sizes! I do massage therapy and therapeutic exercise training and these are perfect! They are solid and seem like they will last a long time! They really help relieve the pain associated with standing all day and are easy to carry! Highly effective!

I absolutely love this RAD Rounds Extra Soft set! The different sizes make it easy to target specific areas, especially around the neck, shoulders, and feet. The extra soft texture is ideal if you’re sensitive to firmer massage tools—still effective, but much more comfortable. I use them daily for post-workout recovery and even during breaks at work. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gentler approach to deep tissue relief!

These work great for myofascial pain syndrome. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook recommends using a massage ball of different sizes for different muscles. You can put one in a sock and use against a wall to gently work back muscles. The smallest size is the most firm.The only flaw is that the company decided to use a raised logo on each ball. It doesn't feel comfortable and smooth massaging with the logo bump - seems like a design flaw. Their larger massage balls, sold on a different page have a recessed logo - much better design.

These were recommended by my PT. They’re a great substitute for a foam roller when traveling and also great for massaging difficult to reach spots. The set also has an accompanying app, which is high quality and was an unexpected bonus.

Purchased for Plantar Fasciitis. It was very helpful to have these to roll out feet. Can be painful, but the massaging ability was very welcomed. I bring one with me and will roll out my feet throughout the day if needed. Does what it is intended to do.
