I wish the bands were all the same size with different tension rather than different sizes and tension based on size.Still work great and can be used for just about any band exercise I can think if!I love that they are cloth and have a rubbery inside to keep them from slipping. I also like the variety in tension. The toughest is great for kick backs while the easier ones are good for side-to-side motions.

I used to have the rubber booty band and they will either not stay in place or or pull hair too, they would also break easily.these bootie bands stay in place, they are soft ans super strong, they are strongly sewn in in one fool loop, they also stay flat, I mean they do not roll up like the ones that are made out of rubber, the bag is super convenient to take them to the gym or travel too! it only takes few minutes a day to get to a better looking butt!They are super easy to use and the meal plan is a great extra! son muy grades y no tienen muy buena resistencia no las recomiendo para ejercicios de gluteos. ademas tardo muchisimo en llegar casi 3 semanas son bonitas pero no me fueron utiles.
