I was expecting it to be a creamed honey, but this is a truly delicious floral honey that works great in hot beverages and from the spoon! The multi-floral flavor has wonderful depth, and tastes like it's healthy enzymes. Recommended!

I’ve been searching for honey that’s made without feeding sugar syrup to bees. Honey that’s made from forage of nectar/pollen from blooming plants within flight range. And made only by bees collecting nectar from flowers. This honey seems like it’s made without sugar syrup. So decided to try it. I still need to do more research on it. But the honey is delicious and tastes like natural honey should. Most honey in USA is made from sugar syrup fed to bees which substantially decreases the benefits of honey. I hope more honey can be available that’s made without sugar syrup so it becomes more affordable and labeled accordingly so not so difficult to find.
