Reminisce Boho Set Renaissance Madrigal Medieval Irish Costume Chemise and Over Dress

This outfit is amazing. So easy to put on and adjust. I got dozens of compliments all day. People actually thought I worked for the festival lol.My chemise wasn’t the one with the cinched waist, but it still fit perfect and it didn’t add any extra bulk under the dress. The chemise was 1”-2” longer than the overdress. I’m 5’7” and it dragged the ground in the front and I tripped on it often, so you’d probably want to hem it to be off the ground before wearing. It also has small bells that hang from the center strings and they jingle softly when you love, super cute. Also, I’d say it was a tad see thru. Not too bad, only about 20%? Only super bright colors would be slightly seen thru the fabric. Overall the chemise was super comfortable and soft. I stayed cool in it all day in 80°F sunny Ohio weather.The overdress was BEAUTIFUL. Embroidered with beautiful era stitching. Insanely simple to loosen, put on, and adjust. The shoulder, front and back all can be adjusted. Very comfortable. I really have no complaints at all. Trial and error getting it to fit exactly how you want it and adjusting everything but once you get it on and perfectly tuned to your body, you’ll feel like a queen.10/10 is my rating. For this price, I’m honestly astounded by the quality. People didn’t believe me when I said I bought it off Amazon for $60. Buy this. It’s perfect.I’m 5’7” and 150lbs, midsection heavy. I purchased a S/M.

This is really amazing. I ordered an XXS/XS, and I am 5’0”, 115lbs, and 30F. I was worried it would be too small, but with all the possible adjustments I decided the XS was best, because the length will definitely still be too long for me, but probably not as long. It fits wonderfully, is very sturdy, I wasn’t worried about anything breaking while tightening it up. It’s very thin and lightweight. But, it is a good 5-6 inches too long for me, and it’s not something I can wear heels in. Which I expected, and planned to take it to get shortened a little by a seamstress. So short people like me, prepare to spend a little extra to take it in! I will say that I will be returning this outfit only because of the color. I ordered the rose color, but in person it is much more purple than pink, which doesn’t work for my skin and hair, so I’ll be exchanging it for the Sage color.

It was a great fit, but very see through. I had to alter the style a little bit and pair it with some shorts but all in all, it came out super cute!! Especially for the price. I’m a bigger chested woman and it was super stretchy in that area. I wore it all day and the elastic didn’t both my skin!

I purchased this dress a year ago for my first Ren Fair. I was 5'4" and around 95 pounds at the time but I didn't have any major problems with the S/M size (though I would have preferred an XS option). The over-dress was a little too long and dragged along the ground so it would probably fit a taller person better, but it's not unwearable as I could still walk fine in it with no tripping. The only downside was that the parts touching the ground got some dirt and grass-stains by the end of the day but it wasn't terribly noticeable because the dress color I chose was the olive green.I love the olive green color! It's very vibrant. I saw several people with the same dress in different colors so it seems to be a common dress choice, probably due to it's low price and fast shipping, it's definitely an easy, quick option. If you're looking to stand out I wouldn't choose this dress, but if you're just looking for a comfortable breezy dress to keep you cool in the heat while looking like you belong in the Renaissance environment, this is a great choice!

I am 5'8 36 DD and pear shaped. Items sized like this usually do not fit me but I was in a bind for a last minute Ren dress and the dress is beautiful. I bought the largest size in hunter green and white.-The outfit comes with two pieces and both are well made and good fabric! The price for the make can't be beat I am really impressed.-There are tiny bells on the white Chemise which is actually a light creme color. They add a wonderful touch.There are ties on the back the front, and on top of the shoulders for ample bust lift and perfect fit. Because of the Overlay you can also wear a bra if needed which was a double win for someone like me that needs the lift.If I had to say something bad about the dress I'd say it's a tad long, then again I think I would of just fit in a size smaller and it might of been shorter. I'm no good with a thread and needle but it looks easy to hem if you are. I am slightly worried I'll be stepping on the dress all day if I don't pin it.Over all this was a wonderful buy!!!! The dress was better than I thought it would be and I will buy from these people again! Maybe even this same dress in a new color so I have options next year :)
