Doesn't work properly and doesn't charge the iphone or apple watch
This product is not working! At the start everything was fine and it was showing that all my three apple products were charging (iphone, Airpods and apple watch). However every morning I get a surprise and I realise that one or all my apple devices hasn't been charged at all....Waste of money. Give me a refund please

does not charge my watch
The product looks great but unfortunately doesn't work great. I used it 3 times and it never once charged my watch fully. It was the only thing charging and still didn't get past 53% charged. I didn't bother trying the Airpods charging as it couldn't handing just charging the watch. Very disappointed with this product. In the advert it says series 4 compatible but possibly not. going to have to bite the bullet and pay £136 for apple approved one now!!

Does not charge iPhone
Does not charge an iPhone XS Max. Only works when not charging any other device, must be placed with millimetre precision, and charges so slowly it takes nearly 8 hours from 20% to 100%.Using a 24W transformer as neither 5W nor 12W worked at all

Bad heat issue
The phone side of things first it just gets to hot not like my old one and I’ve tried it with different chargers. I have iPhone watch 4 within 10mins the watch got so hot you fry an egg. So not recommended this wireless charger looks great but crap

Excellent charger for my iPhone and watch
I have put this by my bed. It’s excellent to charge my phone at nighttime whilst I’m asleep. Charges fast and wireless! Would recommend to anyone.

Took 30 minutes to charge battery just 2% on phone and left Apple Watch red hot and hardly charged as well
