I have read a lot about apple cider vinegar but never really thought about taking it but when Incite Nutrition brought it out in capsule form I knew I had to try it.I won't lie, the capsules do taste a lot like vinegar of course which is not pleasant to begin with but after a while you do get used to it and to be fair I I sure its much better than actually drinking a liquid supplement version of this.I have been taking this everyday for 3 weeks now and the main benefits from the supplement its self is helping to curb appetite and help with weightloss. It's too early to tell if this is helping but I will continue taking and find out.It is however making me feel more alert each day and I find it a very reasonable priced supplement.

2 capsules per day, easy to swallow, smooth texture, however if you don’t like the flavour of apple cider vinegar be warned these smell/taste quite strong..... have your drink ready to swallow!! I’ve been taking about a month now but due to a pretty healthy diet I can’t say whether I’ve noticed any difference. Definately no bad side effects. And for the price which is very reasonable I’d say they’re worth a try for someone wanting to give themselves a boost.

Second time around purchasing these and I'm very happy. They have a plastic coating on the powder that makes them easy to swallow and a mild aftertaste that really helps reduce appetite I think.I like the overall benefits of apple cider vinegar but I can't drink it whatsoever.So far I'm very happy with the quality, amount and packaging. I am using them in conjunction with a few suppliments and dieting so far I've lost 7lbs and I've got much more energy.Highly recommended

Dont be discouraged with the strong vinegar smell that smacks you in the face when you take off the lid because 100% you can not taste anything at all!! These are very easy to swallow and have left no side effects. I have noticed a slight difference since I started taking these..this being that I dont feel as hungry as a normally would, so in turn, I've eaten a little bit less that has helped with a small weight loss. Great way to take apple cider vinegar as you dont get that horrible vinegar taste like you would with the liquid

Didn't know what to expect when I started taking this, i'd read about benefits to digestion and even to fat fighting and there is so much 'old' info about benefits of vinegar.The most noticeable effect for me has been with improved digestion and reduced feelings of being bloated. I've often had noisy belly syndrome after eating and this was sometimes accompanied by uncomfortable bloating and since taking ACV this has significantly reduced and I've had no other change to my diet. No side effects and easy to swallow, so I'm happy to keep taking it.

I bought product despite that some reviews weren't satisfactory and warned about the undesirable effect. Well after 8 days of taking it, I started to suffer from pain in my stomach, it felt like gastritis so I stopped taking them, I reassumed them after 4 days and the pain came back so... IT WAS A WASTED OF MONEY!I would appreciate if the company give me my money back as I am a loyal customer of other products of this company. I certainly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAPSULES. Buyers be aware. As for me I am going back to my organic apple sidra vinegar.

I'm on to my second lot of these capsules. They are easy to swallow Although the have a distinct smell and taste of vinager there is no lasting after taste. I have felt so much better since I started taking these capsules reduced bloating I have lost some weight and seem to have more energy. Would recommend.
