I have tried several other brands and these are the best they fit really well I take usually about a size 18 and I buy Xcel. I had a stroke of a year ago and occasionally have a substantial leak in the night. In fact last night I had a big leak and it contained everything extremely well and I go to specialist gym for rehab and I feel very secure when I’m wearing them I did quite a large way last night in bed and I haven’t leaked at all and they don’t irritate my regions. I buy large which is ok for a size 14-16. They are comfortable and not bulky but a little too low rise. Fine for a light to medium leakage. Sealed well round the top of the legs so pretty secure

Absorbent no leaking appearence and quality of the material is superb.The size is perfect for me, 16/18 size.They are unlike hospital ones.I have recently had a double stroke, on the righ side. Spent 6 weeks inpatient 5 catheres sadley, canot get to the toilet on time, at times they have been soaked.However when just spotting you can dab dry with toilet roll. 💧Pant's on top and the appearence is minemal.One pack lasts approximately a week.
