Great Quality Product!
Have been taking these from Nutricost for about a year now. They really do seem to help with muscle recovery after workouts.They are large capsules, but go down easy and have no smell or aftertaste.At 2 capsules per day (the recommended dosage), a large (240 ct.) bottle of these lasts for four months, which makes them a great value for the benefit they provide.

I take 3000 mg in 2 divided doses which works out well for my gym recovery. Part of my daily stack

Received a noticeable boost at the gym. About 15%. Felt more muscle hydration. Fewer joint pains, especially in my back. So yes marked improvement. But long term over weeks is yet to be seen.

Can’t beat them on price
This company is hard to beat for the money. I bought this over transparent labs due to taste of HMB in powder form is bitter. The capsules are much easier to take separately vs in creatine together.
