This was recommended by my doctor. I noticed a difference after taking it for 2 days. I mix mine in a little lemonade and use a "frother" to mix. It is a bit gritty

This product is the real deal. It is dramatically more effective than Benefiber, Citrucel, etc. Just try it once. 1/2 scoop to 1 scoop is all you need. It’s fabulous.

I use every day to help with digestion. Love it.

There is no weird taste to this fiber. Mixed into any drink or food the taste doesn’t over power like some others do

This is the first product I've found that isn't a chore to get down, and does the job it's supposed to. I added it, and a LOT of extra water, to my dietary fiber regimen and am having excellent results. Nothing feels better, and keeps you feeling good, than a productive morning in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

Would not recommend the flavorless one, tasted dirty and left a after taste with drink. I tried to return it but also will not let you. Fyi, maybe someone could handle the weird taste it has, tried in 2 drink types of drinks. Don't buy.

I've tried Benefiber and Meta Mucil. They were okay,but didn't get great results. PaleoFiber is just as easy to use as the others. It works the best for me.

This is working much better than the Metamicil brand.
