Somewhat flimsy, poor quality

Somehow my water pressure is better. Already had this shower head and that fit in there easily. Fits perfectly with this hose ( Klabb Shower Hose, 79 Inches Extra Long Chrome Handheld Shower Head Hose With Brass insert and nut https://a.co/d/8o01VaJ )

This diverter can output one of either outlets and both at the same time. Diverting between my handheld and shower head is needed, getting both the same time is nice at but ultimately something I'll never use. Too bad I'm also lazy and won't take it down. Atleast it was has a pretty good build.My complaint is the knob not having an indicator. Something that tells me which mode it is on. It really needs one because the circle knob looks the same for two of the modes, both outlets and for one of them. I did fix this by putting a sticker there; hopefully it stays on but I doubt it.

I was skeptical at first because the valve that came with my dual shower head originally was all plastic and it stripping at the main shower joint was why I was needing to replace it in the first place.This thing saved me time and stress and a headache.While the body is plastic, the bolt connecting to the shower hose arm is not.Which I assume will last longer than any plastic bolt.It fit perfectly for my dual shower head.Instead of having to call the company and trying to figure out if this piece was covered under warranty for being plastic trash I just spent the 10 bucks and go a new and better valve and I’m glad I did.It has the same knob settings as the original and actually it’s better than the original.

It wouldn't tighted hard enough to keep the second shower head up right. I missed the return window as well thinking it would just fit.Buy elsewhere...

To small for a standard hand held piece to sit on making it useless for half of what it was bought for. The little plastic adapter is painted to look like exactly like metal which was nice and the selector switch seems well done but the only part about this item I needed was the hand held holder and as that is to small most people won't use this item. Also the return is horrible as it will end up costing me 2$ to send this back as I don't live anywhere near a ups store and require them to pick it up which cost $11.99. Over all if you have a small hand held adapter for your hand held sprayer then this might work for you but I couldn't give it a good review on how it works as I never got to use it. So buy at your own caution.

It worked but the detachable holder part keeps loosening and rotating on its own. But other than that it was good.

Received a used one

The rotator head is too loose and cannot be tightened. So when you put a shower head on the bracket, the rotator ball moves with the weight/gravity and the shower head slides off.What a waste of time and money. Poor design.

Overally, price, design, installation are excellent.

Cheap plastic, gaskets wouldn't seal, threads to faucet is a screw of its own so it can free spin, so it loosens if turned reverse, wouldn't recommend
