It's pretty dark for a medium but will turn Orange after a few hours, don't bother with it.

Q: Can you leave this on overnight ?

There is no need to leave on overnight. 30 minutes would be enough.

Q: Will this work on ashy blonde hair?

I've used it and my eyebrows are blonde. It stains the skin rather than the hair. Turns orange though.

Q: How many uses do you get out of one box?

After a couple of uses I gave up - it didn’t last as advertised and left me with ginger stripes rather than well defined eyebrows
