After my paper liners for my bamboo steamer ran out, I tried these silicone liners. They work just as well and even better, I don't need to throw them out - I can use them over and over. The food doesn't stick to them, they do well in the high steam heat and they wash and dry so easily. I don't think that I will go back to the paper liners. Would recommend.

Great product. I have a 10 inch steamer, so I bought the 10 inch liners and they were too big. The exterior diameter of the steamer is 10 inches, but the interior diameter is roughly 9 inches. I returned the 10 inch liners with no problem and purchased the 9 inch which is square, not round like in the picture and I couldn't find anywhere in the description as it being square. They fit better that the 10 inch round liners so I'll keep them.

I bought this specifically for those Xiao Chi Jie soup dumplings you see everywhere on Facebook. I must say, I do not eat them, but my family does. The inserts work well in the steamer I bought, but they are actually a smidge too big. It doesn't matter though, they still work. Turns out I really did not need them for these dumplings because they come with several wax paper inserts in the bag. That being said, these are good if you use your bamboo steamer for other things, like steaming veggies and what not. Nothing is going to stick to them , so that is good. Having these around sure beats cutting wax paper every time you cook something. Better for the environment too, so there you go, you are making a difference! Good for you!

Keeps your steamer clean. Rinse the silicone and dry it. The food doesn't touch anything but the silicone mat, yet the steam flows through

I've used probably 5 different brands of was paper, this is leagues betterway better non-stickmesh structures means I don't have to worry about the holes lining up with the steamer holes

I wanted to make my own bao buns and knew I needed liners for my bamboo steamer. These are the perfect buy! Number one, they’re made of non-stick silicone, so they didn’t stick. They’re easy to clean and I found then easy to place inside the steamers, as well as remove. Nothing stuck or tore. I think they’re great. My next attempt with them will be vegan dumplings. Right now, these are the only liners I’ll buy.
