Where have these been all of my life?
Usually, for cold wine and sparkling wine, I just force a cork in the bottle from any liquor that used a cork top. That technically works, but on bubbly, I was always worried it might pop off. Saw these in a bar and thought, duh, I should get those. Very satisfying.

Buy these!
I love sparkling wine. Problem is, it's hard to keep it fresh. I had a half of a bottle of sparking wine left before I left for a week in Florida. When I returned the tip popped off and the wine was still fizzy and fresh.
