Our dog was diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency and the prescription enzymes from our vet didn't seem to be helping much. I'd heard about this product in a social media group, so we tried them. This product completely saved my dog! She was diagnosed with EPI after we noticed rapid weight loss, odd color soft stool, way too large for a dog her size (Pembroke welsh corgi). After researching online I found out about EPI and requested the vet order a TLI lab test to check for the condition and sure enough, she has it. The vet prescribed a similar enzyme product from a different pet supplier website for almost $200 for a similarly sized container. My dog began using this product on 8/6/25 at 14 lbs and less than 2.5 weeks later, she is already 18 lbs and looking so much better! I am so thankful for this product and hope it stays readily available at such a great price!!

My German Shepherd was down to 45lbs, all his ribs were showing, and he constantly had loose stool. We had no idea what was wrong with him until the vet finally tested him and he was positive for EPI. This powder has changed by boys' life. He went from 45lbs of bones to 95lbs just in a few months. I have cut the powder down to 1/2 of a teaspoon daily and he is still maintaining his weight. The quality is amazing compared to other brands and would not recommend any other brand other than Pan-tenex for EPI.

I used to buy the Bio Thomas labs enzymes for over 10 years, and I seen that they recently sold/discontinued their business/product. I had to scroll through multiple reviews for a product similar to try before my dog ran out of the previous product. I decided to give this brand a try. It is more grainy compared to the fine powder we were used to. Pan-tenex has the same ingredients I know helps with my dogs E.P.I. The numbers were a little lower but it does keep her stool firm. My dog does not like this product. I slowly changed her to this product to watch for any reactions/changes. I think it’s just that the powder is grainy and not fine. It could have a different taste and that’s why she’s not in a rush to eat her food like before. I will try this until we’re close to running out. I might try another product. I just wanted to add a tip for those who have pets with E.P.I. My dog’s health has improved with a change to a prescription low fat diet and she also gets b12 shots that helps her absorb the food better. It’s been 12 years learning what works for her dealing with E.P.I. This product does work but Idk if I’ll try something else to help my dogs appetite.

This product has saved a bunch of money for me. This is about half the price of the options the vet gave us. Seems to taste fine or not have a taste because the dog doesn’t even notice. Has helped my dog process her food and has her looking healthy again. No smell. One container is big enough to last a couple months

Our dog has EPI, which means without these enzymes, she can’t survive. We’ve been buying Pan-tenex consistently, but this most recent batch is completely off. As soon as I opened it, I knew something was wrong—the color was a weird yellow (not the usual white), and the texture was like fine powder instead of the normal gritty consistency. Within days, our dog went from eating normally to refusing food and showing full-blown EPI symptoms again—as if she wasn’t getting any enzymes at all.This is not just a “bad batch”—this is dangerous. This is a product my dog’s life depends on, and clearly something changed in the formula or processing.And while Amazon says it’s “not returnable,” I’m calling anyway—because this isn’t a customer issue, it’s a serious product failure. This needs to be addressed immediately.
