When will the manufacturer be supplying cards that have the firmware updated from the factory ?

Not sure what you are looking for, but all their current versions work fine in my Canon R5 direct from the factory.

Works with Fuji XH2s?

Yes, it does. All Angelbird AV PRO CFexpress MK2 cards work with the Fuji X-H2s. They include the SX 160GB, SE 512GB, MK2 from 1TB up to 2TB and MK2 XT from 330GB up to 1.32TB. Please note that Fuji does not support capacities higher than 2TB at this time. Only the AV PRO CFexpress MK2 4TB will not work with the X-H2s.
