Q: How do I calculate the body fat percentage after measuring myself with the caliper?

It comes with a chart, but don't trust it. Get yourself dunked for a true body fat%. Calipers said I was 21% but I know I'm around 13. Dunk said I was 11.2%

No it does not come with measure tape

Q: How many skinfold sites are pinched and added together for this device? Most good ones use 4: bicep, tricep, superiliac, subscapular.

There is only one site on the instructions but you'll get great results with this caliper and the Linear Body Fat Calculator app (I think its free).

Q: I can't seem to get a constistant measurement . I get everything from 11-21% body fat . What spot is the easiest to measure ?

There was a good tutorial online I found when I typed in the model and "how to use." Basically use the "jaws" to measure right of the inside of your belly button, then pinch "jaws" wide up and down from that point.

Accumeasure is a simple and effective device to measure fat thickness

The product is accurate and simple to use. You may use online calculators instead of the charts provided to measure the body fat percentage. Please check this link ([...]). In addition, if you are interested in measuring subcutaneous fat thickness of a particular location instead of knowing the body fat percentage. You could simply divide the measured thickness by caliper by two and then subtract epidermis thickness (typically ~ 0.1 mm).

26% going to 22%. Awesome and easy to handle.UPDATE: Went to 18% then as of now hanging there... this little device separates the wheat from the chaff by telling what am I losing, fat or lean mass.

over priced equipment

Well the first thing is it works i.e you can calculate your body fat percentage. However looking at the piece of equipment made of PLASTIC the price should have been under 500 rupees.

One of the worst purchased from Amazon. This product doesnt meet its quality what it charged. Harek Mal product. Low quality plastic material. Not value for money. So try avooding buying such product. Beter choose firm and sturdy one. It doesnt long last. I gurantee you. So it up to you..
