No instructions were provided, It was fairly obvious on how to use. Find a plate that fits the back plate of the watch, attach to the press and use it. Be careful to have a the proper fit for the front face, you need to put pressure on the case and not the front glass.

Does this come with a hand (second, hour, minute) removal tool?

No, you can change batteries, remove bands, remove links in bands, but no tools for hands.

Can i use this tool kit for invicta watches ?

Not sure, the kit comes with everything that’s is needed to open the casing of the watch.
