I’ve been taking this for some weeks now and it’s really helped me with my daily routine it give me a lot of energy I was up and about after taking it in the morning. This is a good product to have on hand. The taste is not all that however it is iron. Yes it does help with sleep and the effectiveness is usual with a week if used daily. this is better than the pill size. 10 outta 10

this is an excellent product. I remember my grandmother used to get this to us when we were younger and had low iron. I have not done lab since taking this yet. But I have noticed a difference in my energy levels and also I’m not cold all the time. I don’t know if this is working or not but I’m hoping that it is does not cause the constipation which I was happy about I do recommend this product. It does have alcohol in it, but not something that’ll make you feel drunk. The taste is a little nasty, but it’s worth it than taking actual iron pills. Once I get my lab results, I will be able to make a fair assessment of the product.

Been using this product off & on since the 1970'sdoes exactly what its supposed to do.get that iron rich blood back to normal. Good for young & older women,peri or post menopause.
