I am a mensch of thin wallets and have collected ~ 8 and every one had deficiencies -- even a Yellow Tail from Australia made from kangaroo hide for an ouch price of $165. I have used this Bellroy for ~ 3 months and this wallet has a breakthrough design with excellent construction and materials. With 8 raised letter cards and 6 bills this wallet measures 1.8 cm in thickness. PREGI - E’ essenziale: due pezzi di pelle e un po’ di stoffa; usare meno materiale, per contenere banconote stese e un po’ di tessere, non è possibile. Risultato: in tasca non dà fastidio! E’ discreto: le banconote non emergono come succede nei portafogli più bassi, restano in fondo al loro scompartimento, lontano da occhi indiscreti (vedi foto). E’ pregiato: i materiali usati, le cuciture e le rifiniture sono di ottima qualitàDIFETTI - Può essere scomodo: se si utilizzano più di quattro schede, si è obbligati a inserire più di una tessera in una stessa tasca, col risultato che poi estrarne una sola diventa difficile. Questo portafoglio è fuori produzione, quindi sono rimasti pochi colori tra cui scegliere (rispetto ad altri modelli Bellroy)PREZZO - L’ho pagato 65 euro nell’aprile 2019. Non è poco, ma il prodotto è validoCONCLUSIONI - Per chi si porta dietro solo il minimo indispensabile, vuole un portafoglio sottile e con le banconote stese, allora non esiste un portafoglio migliore (ho fatto una lunga ricerca prima di sceglierlo). Con solo quattro tessere è perfetto; fino a sei tessere va ancora bene; oltre le sei tessere questo portafoglio perde la sua ragion d’essere (esempio panino: che senso avrebbe utilizzare due sottili fette di pane, se poi le infarcisci con doppio hamburger, bacon, formaggio, lattuga, pomodoro, cipolla…?)

This is a handsome and well made product which arrived promptly. The leather is soft and feels good to hold. However if people are thinking of buying a similar product you need to know the following: I bought the caramel one and the colour is quite a bit darker than the tan shown on websites; also as others have pointed out, it can take a maximum of 5-6 credit cards, certainly not the 10 claimed. After putting one and a couple of business cards in one slot, the leather stretched immediately - since I have used it for a very short time I do not know how long before the cards start falling out. Yes, it is beautifully made but not quite what the company claims - and the price is high! I am glad I did not buy the slimmer one!

I was looking for a slimline wallet I could wear in a suit pocket, without bagging out the jacket. But I also wanted to carry credit cards, loyalty cards, driving license, stamps and UK currency notes, and not to have to swap them in and out on a daily basis. It's proven very successful.Bellroy also does high-end versions with luxury leather, but this leather is good quality, well stitched, and dyed all the way through, so it should wear well. The online pictures are a good guide to the appearance and packaging, although my screen makes it look a slightly lighter shade of caramel than the real thing.I'd already tried the size down, the Slim Sleeve (which is also great, but takes some getting used to as in a jacket you can't tell if it's there at all). That one works well for a jeans pocket, or when you can be very minimalist. This High Line model strikes a very good balance between capacity and slimness.

Lo ammetto! All'inizio ero un po' scettico. Odio i portafogli gonfi, quelli che in tasca solo voluminosi e spesso risultano molto più pesanti del cellulare. Volevo qualcosa che non diventasse un mattone e finalmente l'ho trovato.Il portafoglio Bellroy High Line è stato uno dei acquisti più azzeccati di sempre! È vero costa parecchio (per un portafoglio) ma tutti i soldi spesi si vedono nella qualità del prodotto e nella sua leggerezza! Lo tengo da quasi un anno e credo che non me ne staccherò mai! La pelle inizia un po' a consumarsi ma è il bello del portafoglio vissuto, un po' consumato ma senza rovinarsi troppo. Posso tranquillamente metterci tutto quello che voglio (a parte i soldi in monete). Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che vogliono un portafoglio leggero e non ingombrante!

It's actually a little bigger than I expected, but it is really slim considering what it holds.Initially the fit for the cards is really tight, but I expect that to loosen up over time and I might get more cards in there (although, I'm loving this minimalist idea).It is expensive for what it is, but for this price I expect this to last for a long time
