Great Cup To Use While Watching Cop Shows
Is it ridiculous to be so excited about a cup? Yes? Okay then.If you've ever been to NYC or watched a cop show based in NYC, you recognize the iconic design of this cup. Bored of my plain coffee mugs, I wanted something that made me smile while I'm drinking my coffee or tea; this cup fits the bill. I was expecting a cheap novelty cup, but I was pleasantly surprised by the bold and saturated print of the design. As it sits on your desk, it really does look like the original paper counterpart. It even has a faux seam in the side, which I thought was a nice added detail. The cup is solid and feels sturdy in your hand (not too light, not too heavy; it's just right). The bottom of the cup reads [...]I think this would make a lovely gift for the homesick. The actual paper version is for sale on Amazon, too, but at over $30 for a stack of 50, I think this is a better deal.Note: There's no handle, so the sides will be hot to the touch once you pour your beverage. After 10 minutes, the drink was considerably cooler and easy to handle.

So cute and fun
I’m from New York and love sharing NYC culture with my partner here on the west coast, so I bought him this mug for xmas. He uses it every day. I was surprised by the high quality. It’s a sturdy mug with a clear, beautifully printed design. It looks just like the little paper ones you get from food carts on the street. And it’s lasted in the dish washer for over half a year. Love this!

If you are thinking about it, buy this coffee cup!
I am a big fan of this coffee cup. So much so that I bought two! Not a big deal that it took almost a month to arrive - honestly a slow boat from China really doesn't bother me - granted I was not in a rush. As I said I bought two, and on one of them the ink/paint is a bit wavey - as though cup #1 was not seated correctly when it when through the machine. Oh well, it still looks good and cup #2 is fine. One caveat: the ink/paint is not nearly as saturated or crisp as the photos online. So not perfect, but the conceit of drinking from this cup every day is entirely worth the price.

Too small for coffee, and if you add cream
Great cup, but you should order the larger one and get one with a fitting lid to travel with, the above cup kinda small.

Nice peace of memorabilia
Amazing quality. I have been pointing these types of cups out to my wife for years every time it pops up in a show or movie. Now I get to point one out to her everyday.

An interesting homage to New York
I love this cup. It's roughly the size of the paper version and even has a texture that makes it feel a bit like paper. So glad I got it. It doesn't have a handle like most ceramic cups, but, I haven't found it to be an issue for me. The sides get fairly hot, but, holding near the top has been very comfortable.

Cute but small (7 oz)
I love the design as it is classic NYC but this def does not hold 10 oz. Max would be 7-7.5 to be able to drink out of comfortably. 8oz is to the very brim, nearly overflowing. But it's good for a cappuccino or double espresso with milk. Too small for coffee IMO.It also gets VERY hot. If you have a pod machine, don't brew into it.
