美容と健康のために飲み始めました。まだ飲み始めて数日ななめ効果は分かりませんが、フラッシュも全く無いので続けてみたいと思います。

アメリカ産は粒が大きいのが難点カプセル外して中身だけ飲む事も出来るけど

ナイアシンフラッシュにならないのでありがたい。

With niacin recommended to me by multiple doctors, I've been taking it for a while now. I once made the mistake of ordering the straight niacin (not flush-free), and that's an experiment to do only in COLD weather! However, this formulation has given me no problems whatsoever. This was a repeat order, and I expect to order it again.

寝る前に飲むと、よく眠れる気がします。

2倍濃縮なのでフラッシュフリーでも、少しはフラッシュなるかなあって、心配ありましたが、大丈夫でした。
